$ b7 O3 H( I3 R-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
! O+ i0 a- x/ |/ ~4 S: n2 e-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
, C* q6 A+ F  C* j4 x' s2 O-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

) i/ m2 Y) I3 q! E1 R: I7 K. m5 s- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
( n# X$ W/ O, s1 O6 Q- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
