CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

) j! g  u9 i7 G! K5 L9 [Key Responsibilities:

3 ^7 K$ B& ?# ~3 ]6 z% ?! g7 s. {-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
2 I; V8 R3 D, t! J-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
8 a$ d) @( A  N& z-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
. A" L: g( a5 P! {, m' _6 {* E. ~$ t- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:
- H9 D0 R; P% b5 g3 y
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
2 @" f2 K" K8 v+ V/ ]- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
