-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
6 J2 Y' m# f: q# O. _9 U1 n3 m! i-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
" H6 N0 e# T5 O-Providing general clerical support to the office.
% R; h$ N: @. k# m  W1 E-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

* C& u$ l$ {& s* d7 _-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.

' X2 h6 Z* O3 C' a4 v1 K- F
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
