Pay: $20-$23
; x9 G# _' Y$ E) h+ l+ }4 s5 IJob type: Full-time Permanent
, s/ j, Z% ?* D( \" TShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
) S/ n0 e$ I+ r( v
) \5 g6 @( W$ K) c1 I/ w-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
" f3 T( J2 E+ f* t' t9 u8 a-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
$ S( s; \+ \) e( `3 H-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
6 a6 \, F+ i7 N& O$ J/ F2 i-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
& _; ?2 W3 _+ E7 m. a- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
