CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
( i! b3 |! T  n! O- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
7 r" B5 X+ l# ~3 G, ?$ O2 a-Providing general clerical support to the office.
) t; ~- F. m/ o# F-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
