CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

3 U3 l+ s+ u4 p5 A  d-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
8 B/ Y% I7 \  w- y7 H3 K-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

0 ?" N, ^9 L! U2 _2 w6 ^8 e& ~- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
) H/ X8 m$ t9 Z" [: x9 p- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
