. c+ g2 D0 F! J! f! A2 f# Otechnicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
1 ^3 A8 t+ `$ L4 q2 l$ f  x3 s+ xfor use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
: |, K; N; ]3 r1 Kinclude carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
6 S0 m; U* P6 I9 F0 Zcompounds by chromatography.

1 B2 l5 Q% S: w2 @$ Z$ r# I7 bQualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
analytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
separations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
1 r7 s: V! A. R0 c' `$ V$ {+ kof a team essential.
This position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
hope to work in these areas.
