4 @% U) k+ k# n; i7 SSalary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Duties include: working closely with graduate students and research
8 N0 e$ o. {1 j4 d. ?# \technicians, the candidate will work on the synthesis of intermediates
4 [! F1 `+ W7 s0 c7 jfor use in chemical and biochemical research. Particular duties will
include carrying out chemical and/or enzymatic reactions and purifying
compounds by chromatography.
2 N  X, N$ g6 b. B( N+ i, f) e" L3 F
Qualifications include successful completion of courses in organic
Chemistry (Chemistry 263 or equivalent) and ideally biochemistry and
8 w9 R/ A; |: Tanalytical chemistry; familiarity with basic biology and chromatographic
) Y) k4 A1 v+ j  bseparations important. Attention to detail and ability to work as part
of a team essential.
/ R( F3 _# J' k0 ZThis position will provide the candidate with experience in biochemical
and chemical research and would be ideal for students who ultimately
