The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

/ Y# _2 w! P% i5 k1 RSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
& X4 n& Q. Z0 ~5 S8 z. Y7 j9 v4 Nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
6 v, h- P* Z7 c3 umaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
; P0 k  f2 s5 \  ^2 Y- p# ladmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
1 M5 B) j' p) v1 c  e! k/ Raddresses and general office duties.

; ~3 T: @; j  n3 h+ c8 }  MQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
- I, S5 G% r$ m( x2 f7 s( ?1 lskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
4 e! t1 ~5 i. O. \5 I% P2 Kan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
