Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
0 [" N1 i' T, E( L0 s# l" K  B3 s
' v+ M, V6 k/ C4 _6 NDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
/ t: ]8 `2 E+ Z9 K& vmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
+ w: M0 x& N2 b0 X
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
9 o8 k1 P- p. O. W5 Qskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
* O5 H0 O& N3 F) t5 Tdirections.
