The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

: ], j9 U* g/ ^7 o1 WSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
/ L: Y. k1 |( o- o+ k' m. Qanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
: E/ K$ S& Q: w9 B* c6 R5 n  |9 `" Dmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
4 d3 F" j4 n5 |( \' ?$ H2 waddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
" H- Q2 L1 S0 O1 Eproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
