The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
8 q- E9 Q+ ^7 q- g# {Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
; i+ X7 ~, u" o; a1 @/ nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
" {5 P4 K4 N3 qmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
9 }7 T- B* H" h( j  X+ S
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: S7 ~- O& ~( s. Y2 q% @proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
