International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
; a3 B$ v+ P* {% c( OStudent Intern.
- Y4 r2 I, r  p. C( D.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
' J+ J* ?' H9 y6 ~, ~maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

/ I6 D+ r& f# oQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
) e' ]2 S" m9 Y. j, lpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
' j) O# t+ b& r; Sskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
1 l, b* ^, N1 g+ M9 L7 [0 Mproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
; x& d; X9 U) ~. ~/ n, }an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
