The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

6 s4 z) E" {7 ~! z  O( Z# TSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
5 U- B5 [9 b1 [" ]* M( N+ banswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

6 H: s8 |* i# U2 kQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
) Q% Z7 j# T- n; Kskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
$ S/ B) H9 ~# P% Z3 j( _proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
: f5 r# t6 x! r2 m2 yan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
5 ~# ~. U* C2 Y6 Sdirections.
