Salary to be paid will be $15.00 per hour for 30 hours per week.

This position is for 10 weeks total.

As an urban geography research assistant, you will be working on a
$ s) f( y$ [! N) f8 y$ F1 v8 bfunded project to examine changes in access to healthy food in Edmonton; B3 m! Z0 @: O' o7 s; m* y% }9 I
between 1970 and present. Duties include searching electronic databases,/ T3 k7 j4 s6 i i' B/ P
undertaking land title searches, manipulating databases and spreadsheets
' C. T" m( i4 _- W8 sand GIS analysis and mapping.
# \- t# b; T* Z5 `- @3 @# t, d' B f- X G- d/ J. {- h
Qualifications include an interest in urban geography, secondary9 D# Z! D& G0 F `9 B" R
literature search proficiency, general research experience and GIS
