As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

·         At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Rent payment follow up

Open house showings

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.) Q$ y+ A+ K) |8 E; {1 W
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
4 U$ T; x/ ?+ ^. j8 I: b- gCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
, b3 Y! ~; I$ t. lMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

6 Z! t( b. ?- d' iPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.8 @7 A; a8 S/ D: P
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.2 a: k; e1 j" S+ Y! d; }0 B
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.$ Y' h4 P- N3 T5 b/ G
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
0 b) ^+ R6 H1 q% _8 H$ C  oConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.& S& ]) T1 B% U- O3 z5 H4 w
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.3 n% F8 P4 T- O" l: x
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
