· At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

2 p( n2 x- r A' S2 E! F& RCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.; K. G) Q; R; z$ c/ `0 m
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

' |2 y4 Z- X8 }; z g9 u( ~Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

; H, Z% @1 w2 [0 U3 W5 O9 T/ REnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes./ }0 j5 s" t7 j0 m( B; v
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
/ x; w/ }, H% v( K8 n3 xConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
" P# o( e9 g9 f' _1 e5 H5 A" wPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
8 \( [- S( L/ L. G( J) _3 cEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.2 _- [/ ^# M- J& P; x
