As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

+ ^; d' h( g# S# tReview and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.. A; M- y- @ d
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.! C( c' u. M& _2 x2 m/ a8 H6 G

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.0 M' }; L$ z5 [8 R
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

& x% u; I% ?) i% PEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
