Supervision of contract service providers.

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance
5 u( B. |1 y1 TPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.8 A. m+ d" A8 Q7 _3 R
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
' }6 ~# S: c2 \: o( Z5 A; P. \Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
/ Z0 h- n; I8 p& S9 @* g+ j7 w- uSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
: s4 f+ U" M# ^5 _8 O$ M# aConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
