1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools- r& |7 p6 r9 \& t
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks! Y6 h- ^# r( s) ]9 C0 {5 `- x
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties9 r( h+ ]$ U8 n9 O! g/ A: V# w
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
