We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

2 z' @: R8 E8 u. E/ f9 {Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English
  [! J, _, ]2 u2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
. {* R0 X( m" h" ~3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
- r: H# L$ f7 p/ M, F+ Q5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

$ C* u/ r2 f. T; ^1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
0 ?: k, T' ~( k/ @/ Z& |2 y& C) ~9 c* U3 `3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
' I( W9 F6 t$ g- b9 O/ B3 J7 Y( J9 b6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
