Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for * Q0 q- h* z& Y: i [
carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage 7 @3 p$ f' W! _/ D
orders.

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
! Z9 B5 q9 H: Bhigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in " Y, k; j: D3 n0 r1 V8 }. b1 D
accordance with Students' Union policies.. m9 C3 R. Q ^# o& c1 L% a1 v

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 4 j7 D- ]) R& K8 L
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, . O4 A9 v$ I5 c- p
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
# N; a7 r! N& V+ S7 Vand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.$ \: D4 e5 T+ O9 y

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate
- j+ a% X# A$ a; [/ P- xaction when necessary in accordance with established Server

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health ]% _ b( \5 ]) T( Q
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

$ p/ ~% f9 Y: I: e, M0 p2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based % e$ m3 |* |& j" R+ Z' t

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

card transactions.
