Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the
q \( k5 g( @% @) u$ C/ Kprocedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:+ s* i( S. u. a1 K, o8 b' P, w
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

+ {, j$ F5 g+ M2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the , n% A8 X8 I5 L
bar and debit floats.' X6 h6 I' M* M! ]% |4 t& i
$ P$ v h" y% ~* ]3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular , b+ p- j" m; k- |. L w' O1 j
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
; B4 J" }6 l6 C5 I" H, o7 Ustorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
# e; a- n; y" s8 _: oproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ' m5 F: J B; u4 @% I
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a 5 w0 c) C* W# o# P/ l5 \3 ?' q1 p l

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 5 T& a& [& P- g, `7 o
operation.

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
