0 r; j2 ?# O- h1 }* W( _9 Y17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

; h+ M% B' P6 N/ E+ k  Z, F. R3 |DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

# Y( S: Z6 P8 A# a2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

) f' w' X! S0 v  n$ [3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
. x; h4 I# S1 i; M1 l% V5 y
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
  ?+ n7 F8 K. ^; Y  B6 j! E
8 Q: ]) L0 q9 D' A+ ~$ G% i6) Perform monthly food inventory.

: G+ B9 d. ?) B0 b$ H7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

2 p& o* `7 k% J, qQUALIFICATIONS;
: E/ u. G1 Q6 z' j! L  o& Q2 b1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
( N/ i% r+ }; a5 T0 gknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
+ l) r) D. u# H7 d- ^# @7 W: n
7 ^2 o: ^, V" z0 l% v( H2) Previous experience with food inventories.
1 W/ H  K! R8 H2 ~8 l  w8 ]( s
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

3 K1 J* g: j/ W+ ^% ?9 e% H6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
