p.m., Monday through Friday

. a3 H' Y' a# W6 z. _7 ~Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
/ ]( D- w/ ~8 c$ a& b9 Y
  j8 \- R+ k7 Q. @8 x4 U! v2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
/ Q4 k( j1 y, ?% ^0 ?6 O+ ?, p
& k  J; R, ?# b+ `2 U9 O& q3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
; A9 H0 o: }$ n" P. `
  Z% M& W8 h* b4 F9 j7 |# G. M4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
3 P! q( e$ n' a1 o, B# ?3 j7 ?
8 R, J! k  H, g3 {1 Y, k6) Perform monthly food inventory.

8 S. }! m0 B5 m% x5 F7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

! B, a7 l. u* y0 D7 b1 jQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

, m; l- e" S# F$ _, n3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
- D5 m2 a+ j6 R2 s' H2 E( |
5) Very good public and staff relations.

; @4 T$ l. A6 S6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

February 14/97/Union Position

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
