p.m., Monday through Friday
) `' R5 w. v. MJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

! Y" ?; l! v: R. u# Z* NDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.
; F+ u+ ?9 T$ d& d8 R: C1 ?
  m1 O; i) h$ N4 ^2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
# Q3 O* g/ }5 I7 H! s
) `7 W+ d2 J. s# Q  W3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.
# E/ E" I- {; u( G/ w" @* r
5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

. R1 s' t5 e4 l% Q2 I& c7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
' `0 h) S/ F7 h9 X  X
3) Cashier experience.
) c" F& e" `1 p( ~5 E4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
