Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need 7 U* Z" x* g$ k$ cto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the * j9 |3 n) F+ \rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
