•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
# N* ?# y5 d( gDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
8 P1 ]1 b% P/ r1 S+ `1 D•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- N# E- O" A$ k$ @" q•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 [# V$ {# e; m$ B& B3 G# ?" T•        Manage store physical inventory.
  ^) p, q/ z2 X1 C  e; r3 E: `: p! @•        Maintain employee files and records.
4 w/ J" x: ^/ e, i•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
  T- g! ?# j5 N•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
! k2 [4 `  k0 `8 N•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
7 H3 A0 P& a, }" W  X/ Y% \* \  O•        Strong Leadership skills.
