•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
( z, g3 W1 }$ P' H) |6 _•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
- @: y. Q/ h! e•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.
4 X6 y' Y* d" v: E) l3 U; t•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ c" T! ~' @& d9 Y•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
8 V. Z6 t8 C, V•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
