POSITION SUMMARY:
2 e$ Y& C  r1 C3 d4 U; q2 O
•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
7 n' j/ u/ x3 b1 H: A  o- d
) u% L. a5 s6 s: }% m+ a4 B•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
$ d$ A, M5 `4 v3 E% z" h9 p- u, ]•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 `1 ^6 _, j- {/ P•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
2 b; n" k- G5 ]6 r! j2 ]•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
