•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
; B* u8 o; l  D5 a# @, kDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
. B% _2 m! W# C•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
, }% O, v, d) k0 g, A: ~•        Maintain employee files and records.
( |; [) Q, A% L4 Y6 P3 O" F•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 y' X" Q" p2 ?( L0 B
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
! s2 `: t5 g8 x% v9 I  |6 H•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
6 A" s5 y, z2 F% P4 N  A. P; r•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
6 A" X# X1 ?) B# y  H•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
