• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
' ^" L* e6 [- m# O1 P) c" u; nDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 N1 N& K' B3 ^, F. ~0 j* l1 T• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
7 [- X4 f8 x& X* {• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.7 o* j X& K. g% {/ M4 S
• Control store-operating expenses.

; \2 K% _4 K8 N* O• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
' b& }' O& C8 I: q* v8 i ~" l• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
