POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
, D8 X/ h0 Y9 ]7 p9 E8 @, V0 CDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
% A, q8 @- v2 I" s0 l•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
" j" I' @% v" U: W+ w. u0 A•        Control store-operating expenses.
( U4 t, f4 Y1 {  y; ?: `•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
- g2 k6 B5 m/ T6 I! W: Z2 C5 F, X•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

- L. r& `: w# G$ @•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
0 K* P$ g4 ~5 T+ E$ M6 Z•        Excellent customer service skills.
4 o6 J+ |/ u  h•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
