POSITION SUMMARY:

• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.
7 P |3 f4 v7 k5 I& ]; a7 d; m lKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
1 U$ C4 ^+ z0 C1 _• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
9 S5 y4 `2 S' y+ w- \. D5 S6 Y• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
, M* Y, l, i% x, Y• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ D& H' f; E o4 ~5 `; A• Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
! n+ l5 y! ]0 c- i• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.% A7 K* n; O$ s A

REQUIREMENTS:- z! P; \, M4 ^9 U! I, a2 s' z f; E
1 P0 j; a6 j0 P, k4 I* R- {
• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 [; f/ l- ~1 Z* S- T% t( H5 V• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.3 k; X C9 p- @
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.6 ~& z8 H3 P {9 ?4 i }$ }
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
