4 U' s" o7 l( p/ a* y. h•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
, W. y9 ]$ h. {5 e8 {5 P9 G1 z1 IKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
0 x( }- o' K# p) ]- K) `4 [) |•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
9 |" b. a8 P0 e5 j9 S•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
" E, M, E' a# D3 `  D
•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
6 a  P- i. S: \4 q8 T( N( A•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
