• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store. , W6 ] \0 [( t' e3 Q1 U

• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.

) h4 X0 L( Q# f# b r. g1 a( I• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.( F4 ~- S" p; D8 F" c
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.1 U: u* p5 `9 ]/ j* ]
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
