JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
) _' Y: _& Z: t) p- ~(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
/ U" X" \) |5 m/ W% ppolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

) T) ^) e8 f) lDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 s% k# j( @3 }; H, B; q1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

; F' V% r# t' G. P# h2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

1 k: ]6 ~, p- m. N3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
3 `) r$ O& F' L2 |/ Y1 O0 Z  t( Cconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
7 ]& d' f. p. A( b/ t3 e. ~Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
9 Z3 j: \& z4 N3 j4 U0 g1 }1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
7 b4 o! g' L: C" C$ ~of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
) _6 n9 \* K. ]  S# z) F
' r) C, o( O0 X" Y  Z" F* E3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

( R/ G7 C6 K1 }" y% \Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
