0 \* f1 ^6 d  R2 w0 p& XJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
! ?: s* I. \2 q1 S2 _2 d( p2 F- Gpolicies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
4 f; Z" z% _; s- c+ [1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
' `& ^% e, ~9 N# C- Xand are University affiliated.
0 v8 }  n- y; `0 w# C; @, Q
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
; T0 z2 x" j* l+ ]# G5 m4 ~, ]+ ^4 U
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
* V1 B) H1 Y1 G/ x2 bof garbage.

* G2 b. i) d9 F$ H3 Q/ T# I0 o9 [4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
6 M& Y+ Z4 j* X- T! {consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

5 F$ g1 J7 F5 [+ Q: L# v8 v8 R6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
$ j& N1 R% o% {8 @# Z8 b: `5 y8 `- _8 ^* xManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

8 a9 j# \, J& iQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

% ]* B' r) i3 C3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

3 S  b5 Z/ c  c' Z+ E" m4) Must be physically capable.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general  
( ?, V  M- G" f& Tpublic.

Wage: $7.73/hour + gratuities

' C4 }5 M: [3 U/ z. P6 fShift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
