JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
5 B6 Y1 M* |/ V3 Z! @, w% `(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

- E$ g6 ?1 _# _( }3 yDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

' ]3 E9 q# r3 D' E/ x8 y2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
# Z- r5 G4 E% A8 u& yof garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
3 b0 u( G! x6 v0 V3 {7 r$ C$ Iconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

7 J7 Q6 ^1 d  ?5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
- F! R; l& I  B- o6 o- K  V9 darea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
) ]3 ~+ C- B8 d/ y: F" ]7 W1 J1 s4 nManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

5 G3 k' g6 G7 Q7 FQUALIFICATIONS;
8 m+ |/ Q, y5 O* o! w1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

9 d9 G& \. q* J, r! ?- t$ \2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
) p6 U+ O1 g. V- u2 l; `- Mcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

- M8 a' w$ v. f, y$ b3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) R* e8 C1 W  x: l) G+ A4) Must be physically capable.
