3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing

from the first working day after nominations close until the last day
; X9 V1 @ O% B6 P7 qof voting. These hours are to be posted in advance.

1 w- E- p6 e7 v/ F3 |3 o8 t; ^11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during ! P( W$ C3 L. R5 }, v& C% C
the course of an election/referendum.

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

of activities and recommendations.

of campaigning.

15) Perform other job related duties as required by the Council

8 G7 C, n) g2 v6 m" \$ ]1 j" `for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'

2) Must have some experience in student elections.; k2 o t# T" z# ]* u# W6 ?" y; z
3 \# `5 i* d& `3 `3 o+ R3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or ! g, U" l, Z2 E# V0 S$ E
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
