JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Returning Officer reports to the President of ' m% p1 Q0 v, k1 k, B" @

1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 2000+ w+ s: Y( t/ E

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.5 o. | v* \# b$ f8 D

3 q+ P, Z; i3 U' Z% ]adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during * q, x+ n* p5 N8 a. H
the course of an election/referendum.

process is in place.
