  O) J6 f7 J2 r, m: q/ TJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
: F1 _9 c; R6 G: d1 ]. eeffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

+ t2 o: G0 J* f3 }4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

- y) \4 h, p% R. J9 z6 C5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
1 I! u* W. _' oorders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
+ K" A3 i$ W6 ecounts

4 o6 A0 ?/ w2 F0 N2 X$ F7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
# k, v' Z( i3 H) }5 X( O$ Edate with regards to consignment data

5 G8 i, O, W+ _9 S+ n7 }0 O2 Z& p9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
0 P# y$ `; h6 Y8 P7 t4 q7 \4 ESUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
' O7 O9 ~( S3 I; k! I8 ^0 o" VOperations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
0 w9 y( }8 O: @3 O4 `& g/ U1 p1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent
1 |. @7 [6 |& z& a
2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

6 s8 r7 |( ?$ ^+ R- g/ ^* d4)             Strong organizational skills

detail

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a

the general public

9)             Experience in handling cash

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
3 y7 S5 k% I7 \* ~5 mShift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
