JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

5 h8 [2 K, J/ g( m3 t- sDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
0 E" j1 }) d/ E. |6 p( _3 Z) fRetail in the training of part time staff
  x* E! H1 z6 p( g% |$ @8 L& C4 O. ?
& z: v( Y% C  S  e8 L2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
: n0 l, X  c7 s4 J+ P+ RRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
# G; \* A, o" k9 Jvarious shifts as per store hours

/ N" ~$ f; ?( X9 p- V" v5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
! L. ~- w/ a6 H0 ?orders for external custom order clients

% A9 u- ~. T7 {$ o6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory

1 ?$ w( x; u, B" F& G( O% P7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

+ F( T3 I% X: Z8 W0 c9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
6 M2 {# f2 e5 `  Z# Z* |SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
0 H% T- c) P3 XOperations Manager-Retail

3 H8 {) U& A4 i, [' C1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

; X3 f9 f$ p& b9 S& d5 S* X# X2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills

6 I4 W9 ~: c* t. i* M9 i5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
detail

9)             Experience in handling cash

Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
