Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the 8 ?, E: B( z: c+ Z
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the 4 \; c( m, K% p8 P9 w! C% ]9 J/ {2 p
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

1) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
0 E" j1 }) d/ E. |6 p( _3 Z) fRetail in the training of part time staff
x* E! H1 z6 p( g% |$ @8 L& C4 O. ?
& z: v( Y% C S e8 L2) Responsible for supervising part time staff and $ u' [+ T5 Q$ c: S- J% C
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
: n0 l, X c7 s4 J+ P+ RRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured2 e4 I, B r. r9 U& X

4) Capable and willing to work in all areas while working
# G; \* A, o" k9 Jvarious shifts as per store hours
