fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:; T) s5 k O" `9 j, l
1) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager- 6 K% S8 T( q3 K4 A! C: Y& Y f& O
Retail in the training of part time staff2 f$ ~0 k0 k0 b' M+ H
0 [& a4 ~+ j" F0 y% s, _3 a" k2) Responsible for supervising part time staff and * G9 t, ~# A3 C+ G
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements! ?2 Z6 R2 x7 ~" S( g3 u

6) Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory # k+ M6 C9 K7 N) H; x0 `

QUALIFICATIONS;
6 F( ]( \; f @6 @1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2) Post secondary education would be an asset
) Q' b, `! T6 t- ^: }/ S
2 B6 l( U _: E' t1 ?6 J5 \% m3) Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4) Strong organizational skills" o. S5 d6 y' J+ ]
