Operating Assistant-SUBtitles (Permanent and Fulltime)

JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

2 s1 ?- F9 `! B' ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- h* O9 Q. e, Y( z. T: _1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
: {( d) L6 U; q* h# _8 X4 lRetail in the training of part time staff
( N8 J7 O) v6 h# F6 n- \. A
5 q0 C0 c9 H( s* k9 O/ y0 F7 z2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3 |- B1 B( r1 Y' Q- b3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
2 i. C' O# _/ K. q, v7 eRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

) D0 P' c' A$ }/ n' E2 T5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
" n  M0 o  |) ?; q  s/ J7 K! edate with regards to consignment data

3 `/ R1 J1 y' e9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the

QUALIFICATIONS;
+ H/ z& E3 t5 W) P, M2 G1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

8 \, J( E8 P' [+ `" h% C& z3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

2 i4 \; m% }2 \; H9 p( L4)             Strong organizational skills

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

9)             Experience in handling cash

$ J! ^4 j3 t: B7 [Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
/ i2 V/ {7 j- B1 B8 @Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
