Don't be misled by the average price

The average price increase doesn't mean real increase sometimes.

& f: ?2 t% M6 i% m! J3 {The average house price in Calagary has gone up by $10,000 since June 1, 2007. But the average price per square foot has changed from $333 to $331, it means the real prices are dropping. I believe the same thing happens in Edmonton.
