Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
2 d0 U4 Z/ t. ]* X4 fwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
1 I% B: S5 G4 Nprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up. L* z' I$ [+ V2 g6 C+ }- l
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
% E' r3 n3 t; b! Hartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
9 f* p0 u8 z4 O* G0 H& p2 eEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
% N) U" ^2 ~6 v% X/ ^visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
$ @9 g0 |/ E, u" I8 [recyclables.
$ k% f2 I0 b9 t) G! z" ^: U# x1 RFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
9 ~# I% G3 X# M- \, vpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
" Y3 X8 `& f% `9 S6 D6 u( aHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
0 v# ?; @* y4 c' w- r; fthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late: P3 f/ H: n7 H$ ^6 k5 S
hours are part of this crew’s duties.6 Z9 X M& D0 k7 |5 ?

festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
/ u$ }) k0 I+ ^7 \, Y' Eevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the) P5 d% s* s1 v \- ~+ f0 N
festival.+ W3 W4 X4 l8 S2 m( f" W
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
6 c2 H( [4 Q; N& ]# e& f Woperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
: d' d+ ^; w( o( G+ Y2 \/ G1 ?are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
' A4 J% q, ?! ~: q \) X* nStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
( W) q% e" Y \7 A5 q5 iand/or understanding of back stage procedures.2 k2 }! G" w' p3 T2 H- h- `
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
# B' W7 }0 i. m6 {8 ?2 h: lrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as, U) V$ n; y. p& Y; A2 q5 G
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
0 l- @6 ~' T4 Mstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
