3 Q4 ?; A5 T1 X) Y" iBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
T9 V; ~5 N& D' jwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft- M# h0 d" B; L' n& U
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
) R! u( J- R$ O0 } e, U0 V" ?Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
& ^7 M* e. Q- b$ Lartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
9 O3 V5 E/ r' }6 |Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
" l0 ], j( e$ o9 Y8 p Wvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the0 w y5 U8 O7 P) x" Q4 F# ]
recyclables.2 O( u2 v$ ^" W) H1 V
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
5 q4 E8 v4 {! F* s" R& S! A5 Ipart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
1 T4 c) A, W7 ?0 C$ q! AHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing. ] O' f3 z( _% J
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
! {8 |( h+ |3 i- @& i1 b" S, |hours are part of this crew’s duties.* |; T, }; E; Z4 D

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
$ f7 q2 U1 B9 ?9 P# m$ geveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
$ a( q$ I. w) @( R7 E& ]6 fOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed1 ]+ E( [5 p+ d" h. r# O% X6 K
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
" A" t3 F/ m) v, R% w+ toperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you. x/ E; y& n$ ^& F+ ?
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
5 D4 B5 {) W7 t B# sStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training1 X8 u# _0 t* ]% g) y0 X M c
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
6 m& e9 W' T. ^1 ATransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
% _, {. u2 s6 S; Q1 `1 W0 Brequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
+ u: `& _3 U1 m Mairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival/ R: T$ l L( [7 S
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
