Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
1 q# r/ z# }2 t7 ~5 r, i! P2 Mto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
; y9 R* K5 n% I/ _; }, ?experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
& W# m0 o  K7 e4 H7 h3 G9 y+ h) icoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
$ f( l* Q3 @$ V% T' |: Vimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

' N' s. @; C7 ]: r; F$ eservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
0 t! R* H& W0 q: `, L# @& D5 uunionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
