Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
! H0 U# {2 `3 J2 |experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
$ z! a: M* D+ n" c( y* m2 v6 qcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
