Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
/ S$ v; t* S5 Z6 wto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
; z/ b& N( _; C+ }! c' Z6 _: bcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
. C% M7 z4 P8 D% M5 ]implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
