management administrator to support our Data Hub application and the move to a data-centric information model.

Investment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
Management and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
, {! T- H1 z# gof $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
' g3 d$ f( X; ~: M9 Ymaking skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
- T8 G* C* l. q1 }; jcoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
) |% t! |0 O- t, Fevolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.

Data management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
referential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
of work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
4 a8 l& n' I, q; O5 i; ^daily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

8 n/ K6 B$ u) T. LQualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
) N9 t9 g( x6 J3 B6 A( cmanagement experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
  o( h' y- d5 C1 d* aeducation in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
would be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.

Salary: $55,512- $ 76,236

NOTE: This is a temporary salaried position expiring on or before March 31, 2008. Final candidates for this position will
