group in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
4 H- a; {" h7 ^& P' z  H2 H+ \assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
& S2 P- B! A/ i: ?7 c! a; `' cgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
" @6 t, x( {8 kaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
* s1 [  D- E& j$ y( a# O' aassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

( g+ f6 u: g& A3 WAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

4 D" U0 `- K# n" R6 e, KQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
