% z; E5 N9 s- R, D# N6 S' uAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
" i: u( c0 p- o0 hassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
' X- D! a! Q3 i+ z9 Aaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
5 l8 o- W" V! M+ sprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
. X6 ^7 d) N; b9 ywork within the TRA Division.

supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
