JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
. s1 f4 @% M" B$ E4 TSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 1 t; d6 d' \( C: n
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 9 Q% H! _; n& i- ]9 b
of Course Pack production.

) m: y& H. I% a0 t( f$ |* \( C" zDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 D6 Z3 y" t" X7 y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 0 y) r+ r) q8 J, m. d; a( X& l6 {, I% M
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.) g2 V( E' Q0 W; M+ E8 u
$ K: x+ O" M6 {& w# s2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
& F% w7 I r% B; U$ Uprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.! E y' e, W4 {

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + A' c* s! Y: p0 p) |$ w
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
! F u, I6 L/ O0 wkeeping appropriate and accurate records.% J6 z$ h- E' N
* l& z% r) H# ?- ^ ~# N4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
) O6 e1 }/ ~& ^7 ~7 Y! Ufailures to the Operations Manager.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
) p/ L/ r4 ?5 r& d% ~skills.

6 J1 @3 y) |% r M( M; g3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.+ }4 G0 v [4 ^+ f h& K1 l. @! o
. o! u- h2 a2 l: b! g' P3 s4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
