JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- 1 b3 y1 v i7 U3 y% V! N b

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects ; G9 ^2 m$ b- N4 q

, p) O: N/ N6 h# c) uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ @8 N4 g! t, u9 L* c. a0 ~ F4 W$ m1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
6 e1 U8 b6 S% ^9 q: w. Wof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.' @: K# d0 R' b: R) q: y- F: P; N
& C2 Y$ ?4 f g5 @3 r9 G2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including - U* M1 T) \ b2 ]1 q+ F
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.- e. d0 e* L9 |. t
" ^) H8 N) z# h$ i5 ?+ E) J: Y8 ]3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 2 M3 v( M) M. ]8 A. d8 {! S
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 4 T. P5 K0 \# s- T* k( E
keeping appropriate and accurate records.6 N( @" }, a' I5 Z" F

failures to the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
