Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 0 X1 g/ Z+ ^2 z9 N. S4 ^
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5 l8 y% t# V2 ]: ~0 |1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
7 S- W: E- M( V/ e/ \of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
" o" o7 k, S: g$ A4 {3 v& n
7 i1 h' E: ]$ G" i$ t2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
% Q, y F; W2 i' X8 @8 kprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.. v/ I& A5 c, u& c; _
% t6 r7 c$ A9 M) }/ l
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
, _ e, H2 R8 Gcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
3 U, J8 m+ j! ckeeping appropriate and accurate records.4 w: r9 b$ U: N9 G6 @0 ~/ X
+ s* g4 C/ t. U6 _4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
2 U4 p1 O# N( u0 Zfailures to the Operations Manager.& G; l9 B$ i! G8 L' S- d2 G5 _- \

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, h$ ~8 H. \+ o, Z
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
3 p+ s( A8 J+ [2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

: \2 f" g* u/ S; Y( k2 W3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.7 |9 e8 m3 u* z1 X
