JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- / W8 j/ D& B3 `# m4 Z
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
% B9 ]9 F! n7 c" ^Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects . n) ] ]* L u7 [$ c& c
of Course Pack production.8 k) P5 \- V0 o) p3 F/ J1 @
5 c/ M( F- Q* C) Q2 Q/ x- }DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- e2 A- Y3 A3 `* R: ], a
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 6 X6 V; {7 b/ Y9 D y9 u$ X. L
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.; l# V3 k9 |8 @/ U! {* S3 ^
+ C2 J1 l3 r0 n) B
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + |" y& d5 t; _
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

5 m% G1 X3 x: T4 A4 N. p2 O3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. I7 q @' d3 l, ^ ~0 c

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
