个人认为，在这里找工作，NETWORK非常重要。有人推荐，基本都可以拿个面试，面试只要不差，基本就可以拿个OFFER.

! z6 s6 Y* r+ U3 P7 q. l) X1 i8 G当初我推荐了一个人去我工作的地方，面试完了，第二天就给OFFER，连推荐信都没要。

sorry i can not type chinese. it is definitely a frustrating experience to look for a decent job here, especailly for those who do not have technical skills, such as me. i remembered after gradution from the univeristy, i sent out so many applications, but only got one interview chance. the interviewer told me that i am one of the two interviewees, and she said i did pretty well during the interview. however, later i was told that the position was given to another candidate. then i have to work in a field which has nothing to do with my major, one year later, i quit the job and began to do something that i have never dreamed of. right now, i feel bad somehtimes, but maybe that is the life here in canada for immigrants. where is the way out? i think the only answer is keeping on trying and never give up.

我觉得对于我们打工的人来说，最主要的还是要有一技之长，而且坚持下去不放弃。一直一直走下去，最后一定会好起来。
