Those who has been here for a long time said in early 90s, when the oil price dropped too low, the oil companies laid off the contractors first, then their own full-time employees. / l* u6 h) b% U; l; @ % E6 V0 @! d$ x: `4 E5 EI hope it won't happnen this time, but who knows?
