按30多万房子，basement做的成本约5000~20000（看是自己做还是雇人），转手时价值减半到2500~10000.

I am out! Just sold my home to a young greaterfool couple . It was only a matter of time before we would of gone bankrupt. We made a huge mistake one and a half years ago buying , now our nightmare is over. Not sure how much we lost but at least we don’t have to file for bankruptcy. Do people see whats going on in the economy? we thought we were done and couldn’t believe there were more greaterfools out there. Advice for those looking to buy, don’t do it. Home owners are looking to jump out of that debt trap which will lead to bankruptcy. The first time in my life the media helped us by the non-stop propaganda of lies. How are those idiots able to get a loan in this really bad recession?

4 x( b/ Y6 O6 XDon't view things straightly at one angle. The longer you keep calm for now, the bigger possibility that you will not be calm and rush at the end. Watch out, it may be one of the tricks, who can tell? Just my opinion.

不知道是您的表达能力有问题 还是我的理解有问题，那 文章你给的 我也懒的看，其实不用看也明白，原作者只不过＂TRY TO DRAW THE WORST PICTURE＂，在经济危机的情况下，这样的所谓预言世界末日的专家多了去了，好象阁下也是其中一个。

你说07年买房子的不傻，现在买的才是傻瓜，我如何也不明白。举个例子，你07年买房子买了个60万的房子，我今年４5万就买了，都按首付20％来算，你付了12万，贷款48万，银行贷款还了两年，也就是还利息了，还是一屁股债48万。我现在首付9万，贷款36万。按债务算，我就比你少了最少12万，为何我还比你傻呢？你才是真正的傻瓜啊。

+ q, j  h0 ~. X. Q你肯定会说按你的分析，今年45万的房子明年就变成20万了，这样算才能和您的理论附和上，不过我和你说，要是真的那样，能坐在这里上网的人几乎都没有了，工作机会买了，房子也要让银行收走了，我们就等着回中国下岗再就业吧。

还是小黄比较理性，尽管没有买房，市场生温还是要承认的。依勒特买在高点，很可能又犯错位卖在地点，还说别人是傻瓜，哈哈。

我也是在这个板块知道了greaterfool.ca。 有些论点有道理，转而推荐给大家。Garth的俚语太多，通常对我来说很难懂。

是的,感觉很明显. 我出去转了一下, 发现原来挂了很久的房子SOLD了, 还是好几个在一起的.
我看了一下统计, 新上市量为 400/周, 但卖出量为 500/周. 有可能是季节性因素和低利率推动共同影响.
