Nice, but higher roof pitch would be even better. This one shows homeowner does not need to shovel snow on the side.

A steeper roof slope ( roof slopes at a sharper angle ). Not just look nice, it blocks off more heat in summer and less snow accumulated in winter, of course, costs more to build but it is one of the structural details worth to look at and consider.

这张照片角度不是太好，外墙是石头面的，不过前一个已经卖了，都没来得及进去看。

1 E+ k, T# L! i! h# e( TAs what can be seen from the photos, the interior finishings look quite basic, including railings, kitchen cabinets ( though with moulding at top ) paired with flat doors, a kind of no design, and not raised panels doors; fireplace mantel seem like drywall-built and tiles-surround are low-fired type w/boring outdated pattern & texture; backsplash is drywall orientated and no tiles or granite; island installed w/ granite countertop, the only upgrade in the kitchen though, however has not- so- desired square profile; number of potlights might be inadequate (as seen from photos) so illumination at night may be too weak; colour code is out of balance and not appealing. If this bungalow is anything in the 1500+ sq ft category, more luxurious features are desired and expected. The good thing is: all these are not the hardware part, except the potlights feature, and can be replaced or changed anytime when  you feel right to spend some money. As a conclusion, the price has to be real good if you weigh in the future expenses to further upgrade the interior.

P.S. The exterior cultured rocks are not appealing too. That is why I think the previous one looks a lot better.
