6 a$ a7 c. h* k1 `房价升了,自然会有一些好处,你的融资能力就会很强,基于房子价值的LINE IN CREDIT就可以贷出大量的低息 贷款,对于投资会有一些帮助,当然市场不好,也会增加风险。我知道一些人就是通过炒房子完成了原始资本的积累,然后又大手笔投资于石油沙,办公司,发财致富的,当然目前的房市我不认为有多大投资价值,自住就要因人而异了,有条件可以多看看,找找,大涨不可能,大跌也不太现实。
