Yep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.3 d1 [0 o% k! o- J4 E& e0 @ V- Y' k
5 ~/ Z8 a1 S! o0 n, VIf someone did get 100% in the past year, chances are someone else will hold the bag for a while. |
