听写确实是语言学习里的一个重要成分。听写的作用是两个：听力，和语法。听力主要靠提高自己的发音解决，语法需要你听了以后有原文对照，有指导性（或自己查找）的分析。我说楼主这样做的效率低是因为你自己这样听，懂得你早就知道了，听不懂的还是听不懂。听一套主要的时间都花在打字和反复重播上了。你不能每次都放到网上让大家跟你一起听吧？如果有云吞说的专门针对提高性的听写网站，那样更好。

谢谢啊。
我听懂了，不代表我能说对，很多我在书写的过程中，才发现我以前都没说对，或者说的似是而非，不仅是发音的问题，还有组词的问题。
我听不懂的地方，放上来，请大家一起帮助我。
我打字很快，我一般是先写在纸上，听3遍左右，我就写完了。敲击电脑，也不是什么费劲的事。这比上网灌闲水有意义多了。

还挺倔。

另外，前面那个no matter than a placebo, 虽然听着铁定是matter，但是句意铁定应该是better，我还不解半天，特地查了一下有没有 no matter than 这个说法，google一个结果都没有，所以应该是peter舌头打滑了。不过后来抬头一看，人家题目就写的 xxxx no better than xxxx

我听第6秒的内容是：are putting their faces in the medications they feel better. （把脸泡在他们感觉舒服的药里。）

faces in 之间有连读。后面的 they 读得很轻，听起来象 the feel better.

LZ挺有意思的，你能听出来四种抗抑郁药物，一些小词听不出，多听两遍就听出来了。
6秒的时候好像是信心，8秒是不是啥好消息，37秒是肝中毒，50秒不知道是啥，

这4种要我先以首字母做记号，要不以后的都漏了。全部听完，我再把自己做的记号尽量补全，这4种我补不全，就看视频，视频上有4这种的写法和公司名字。

楼主三遍就能写出来已经很不错了，这是我在联系至少五周才能达到的水平。下一步，可以再试试提高准确率，同时注意语法和标点。听十周后，应该会再上个台阶。

我现在也继续练听力，范听而已，也不听写了。我最喜欢的是CBC Radio的quirks and quarks节目，纯科学访谈节目。如果还谁有兴趣，大家不如一起写个transcript。我倾向于用wiki方式，方便多人协作修改。

Mareen:"Peter, this was a review involes the clinical trails on four antidepressants and their names will be familiar to many canadians. They are Prozac, Effexor, Paxil and Serzone.Now Serzone was withdrawn from the market because of liver toxicity a few years ago but the other three remain wildly popular. Last year Canadian Doctors wrote twenty million perscriptions for these and similar medicacines known as SSRI'S to the tune of about $1 billion. But you know Peter when reserchers actually analyzed all of this data they found that these medicacines were no better than a dummy pill or placebo in people with mild and moderate deppresion. It wasn't that people didn't feel better on the drugs because they said they did. It's just that people taking the dummy pills feel better too. The only group that seems drive some benefit were people with severe depression and even then the author of the study say that benefit was questionable. Peter"

Peter:"Alright. Want to know why these drugs were approved if they are not effictive?"

Mareen:"You know that's a good question because we don't always get the reasoning from the FDA or Health Canada when they approve or don't approve a drug but here's the reaction to this study from one drug industry representative in the UK."

Richard Tiner:"These medicines are being licensed by a number of registry authority around the world including here in the United Kingdom and therefore the registry authorities looking at all the evidences have determined that they do work better than placebo."

Mareen:"Now what should people taking these medicacines do? The first thing they shouldn't do is stop taking them before talking to their doctor because they can experience side effect if they do. But this does point to the fact that these medicacines don't work in everyone and perhaps it's time to take a less invasive approach to treat depression like talk therapy before turning to medicacines. Peter?"

Peter:"Alright Mareen, thanks very much. Health reporter Mareen taylor."

以前家人还在国内的时候，自己相当于单身汉，没牵扯，加入了一个club，每天至少2小时跟本地人谈话，啥话题都有，政治经济文化女人。后来团聚了，没这好事了，一家老小把我给拴住了。偶尔周末去教堂参加谈话活动， ...! _ `. ?8 S6 L* W3 Q& D A
