4 {& b) W J% S6 i, t2 |; z9 [We will be having our second registration night on Wednesday, August 10 at Millwoods Town Centre from 7:00 - 9:00pm. There will be one more registration for initiation players on September 13 at Kinsmen arena from 7:00 - 9:00pm. $ f1 Q' |3 {" R7 S
. w# C i! H5 T5 j2 n: dOur initiation program grew last season and we introduced the Initiation 1 program and we experienced some growing pains in our Initiation program. However, we are listening to feedback from parents and coaches and have committed to positive changes in the upcoming season.
% _! v8 T! y. v( X- k4 I) h " o. Q( D5 Q. c
1) we will be having a parent information night for all new and returning initiation parents in mid September to share information about the upcoming season - coaching, schedules, parent helpers, questions etc.
! D: A% |7 m% m( Q) ^0 m3 s3 U$ i' N
- p7 U& l9 w- R$ s# C6 b1 G& W2) we will be supporting our coaches with an active mentorship program with open communication
6 Q! R( Q0 p! K / g, f' m0 W& Z+ B# b
3) the goal of our program remains to teach the players the fundamentals of hockey in a safe and supportive environment but most of all to have fun!
