楼主疏忽一个基本主要问题，加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”！你付出低价钱当然得到低质量的服务啦，这是天经地义的事，埋怨不得任何人。
你是朝着人家的低报价奔去的。。。。。

' @& L% t, B* ]9 }1 [- rThe price I got from The Tire Warehouse by phone (which I asked for both tires and rims) was only $100 less than I got from other stores for the same things. However, the result was that I paid $100 more than the price I got from other store.

% [' g# ~5 H' B' EThis weekend I bought Ufile for the tax return. The price is $19.99 in The Best Buy, while it’s $16.99 in Future Shop. Can you tell me where you go?

The purpose I wrote this post is sharing my 教训和失误, 给后来者为鉴.  
$ P, o6 S% H, J( F, |If talking about 埋怨, I only can 埋怨 myself. That’s because
' L! @$ _: T3 X) C+ ~5 C3 |% g5 J1．        我应该要书面报价并仔细检查内容和价格。
+ ^* O% E2 _1 r! C, {( F, g( ~2．        我应该接受朋友的教训。
