This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods: * l) [4 N! 3) So So: Magrath etc.6 m; D' p% X6 g( O
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)5 [2 K; o- w* r8 J+ @
Major roads on 2 sides / n6 C' ?: Z- {$ V3 }4 t6 m, `6 _' b) h# R5 N2 Z. f8 x- [
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge$ F( j$ w& G' `' G V5 ^
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.8 z" m$ F7 F" X V
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line. ; Y/ O* ?' b" T; U ~( O9 t5 Y) x5 m& q ^; s. N
5) Best: Windermere Ridge+ S1 D+ o% k+ z! u* L" q9 J/ d1 Y
Same as 4. 1 @8 ^' S; n6 o/ }" p
+ all in one cul-de-sac * k& i; w5 _5 R9 \1 w+ DC1/DC2 zoning. o/ m) B6 z+ z/ D
+ No condo in view
