1) Worst: Cameron Heights

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
: i8 i, t$ {3 y8 `0 U( @7 Z6 c3 U0 ]* nMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
  Q/ W0 T) o/ i+ V# b" f1 w, c) zMajor roads on 2 sides

3 x$ M+ z% t% Z9 r  {4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
$ M! |8 t6 F, }% AMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.
! h5 a; i$ }6 H/ _4 A6 U
5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
8 G" m" _" W# [5 a$ `+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
