Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)4 V; r) b. ~7 l# L) F ?4 V9 `5 E

Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.. q3 a2 N! T0 U0 T' l( ]9 H3 v" T& _
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line. - H b; ]- O6 m) A8 R0 ?. I+ H4 u% z/ W$ g+ p/ y. t$ G

Same as 4. & q/ r6 q/ s9 a
