Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
8 C0 l# f) G3 Q9 X% N  a1 s) F- s4 W8 \# ~
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
/ @7 x; a4 U9 K% \- V! o, K! wMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
4 D) T* n) F! l& F* ~9 c% BMajor roads on 2 sides

% Z% C- Z2 f8 H8 u* H" ^4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
. B+ l6 V9 a+ X  s  B9 fNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

9 {" X( F1 q1 ^5 u) U. X7 S# \5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
5 X- a$ o! f# W! c2 T/ R+ DC1/DC2 zoning
; ?. K) @5 M& R* t+ No condo in view
