请问休Maternity leave之前什么时候应该申请EI maternity？谢谢！

我第一次填写的时候，也是让我给他们打电话。然后我就早上8点打得，他们可能刚开始，然后他们就给我处理了一下，现在每次填写都可以了。

我来回弄了几次呢，第一错误的地方是公司roe写了maternity, 其实应该写sickness. 然后我让公司从出了一个。
8 |" I' K/ B# p/ h! M* o第二个错误就是，医生的med certifcation上那个incapable date until 应该是你的预产期，结果医生写成了从哪天开始不能工作，结果又去让医生开了个正确的。

/ @- K, T! Y$ h0 ?! }0 G那么如果我坚持到生产之前三个星期才休假的话，我的理解是两个benefits一起申请，maternity benefit可以cover从停止工作到生产之前的几周，孩子出生之后就是parental benefit，这个可以cover最多52周？

如果你从你的预产期算提前3周的话，你就直接可以申请maternith benefit and parental benefit.
2个加起来是52周，前2周是waiting period， 一般审批好像是3周左右，前2周waiting period是没有钱拿的。
6 x: Y5 a9 s7 j$ X+ Q% N简单的说，你可以休息52周， 可是钱只给50周。
