* Provide a self addressed, prepaid, flat rate 9" x 12" USPS Express Mail envelope (no smaller).

* Be sure to purchase the Xpresspost - Canada (not Xpresspost - USA) envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we will make arrangements 8 c, f( p1 `& k! h; d7 _: U4 l- I
