We strongly encourage you to use United States Postal Service or Canada Post premium mail service.

We will return passports to addresses in the USA or Canada only. % _( V, \' G; Z
If your current mailing address is not in the USA or Canada,
+ |9 g1 `% V" dplease provide us with the complete name, address and telephone number of a relative,
: j8 B" H6 M7 l3 Xunpaid representative or an authorized representative in Canada or the USA to whom we can send your passports.
- q" ?. K1 n8 i7 |& c: ] YIf your address is in the USA, we encourage you to have your passports returned using the United States Postal Service's premium Express Mail service.

* Provide a self addressed, prepaid, flat rate 9" x 12" USPS Express Mail envelope (no smaller).& A. G0 X6 k+ w, z0 J% O8 }

If your address is in Canada, we encourage you to have your passports returned using Canada Post's premium National Xpresspost service.( p( E4 q3 C" N# K
* Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope at any Canada Post retail outlet (no smaller).
* T1 u1 r4 L: { g2 ] * Be sure to purchase the Xpresspost - Canada (not Xpresspost - USA) envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we will make arrangements
