昨晚去参观南京老二的房子,把他家院里的蒲公英全清理光了。很奇怪,他家的蒲公英是新种子长出来的,一蓬蓬的,像小菠菜,特嫩。别人家地里都是老根串出来的,比较苦。) b9 Y( Y$ c; Y6 f. g
同去的两位东北厨师兄弟也撸了不少,他们蘸酱吃。说是在哈尔滨,这个东西要5块钱一斤。1 k2 V* k9 O F3 l. u
我今天也学着蘸酱吃,水灵灵的,很鲜亮,略带一点苦,正好。& m- X, `8 ~; i p, ?/ a
还剩点,包饺子,这是经典吃法,必须的。( d3 O- V8 H" U4 @, r1 a
另外,再弄一点拌沙拉!0 M( L i$ C& o/ J+ Y$ E3 q) e
