Our client, an industrial asset-management company that provides best-in-class, sustaining and maintenance services across the Canadian gas and oil sector is looking to add several Red-Seal (Interprovincial) or Alberta-licensed Instrumentation Technicians to their Team. , Q, J) y- N* L0 w

Responsibilities of the Role:

- Install and maintain instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes
5 Z4 L" l- m/ }' g K8 B7 r8 U- Calibrate and maintain components and instruments according to manufacturers¡¯ specifications! f9 k A. w2 t: N- W! O& l
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and control equipment
! ?/ U' C, ^0 v- Consult manufacturers¡¯ manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures / Use pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing devises to inspect and test instrument and system operation, and diagnose faults! Z1 f% b1 _. e; o# b
- Implement loss management practices
+ M) S; X$ x8 P9 I* @+ u# g4 Z( I3 L- Consult with and advise process operators

- Interpret and use appropriate CSA, ISA and API installation standards and practices2 o5 \& X0 w% g' ^
