Our client, an industrial asset-management company that provides best-in-class, sustaining and maintenance services across the Canadian gas and oil sector is looking to add several Red-Seal (Interprovincial) or Alberta-licensed Instrumentation Technicians to their Team.

8 }3 L( V4 I6 cResponsibilities of the Role:

- Install and maintain instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes
3 j n, Y' `) \# W1 [+ K- Calibrate and maintain components and instruments according to manufacturers¡¯ specifications
! f$ h# `& ?" w8 l; _* I9 F2 n- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and control equipment, d" F3 Q# J6 h5 ~. m
- Consult manufacturers¡¯ manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures / Use pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing devises to inspect and test instrument and system operation, and diagnose faults; @) g5 Q! b; V. x: N! N# M( X: s6 [# o
- Implement loss management practices
+ b( ^& R5 M7 Q+ U- Consult with and advise process operators( v7 h4 m- N+ N, q: a0 M
- Do Risk Assessments
$ F5 G1 D7 H3 f6 b& Q- Interpret and use appropriate CSA, ISA and API installation standards and practices
