Background: We have several risks which we have to face with in the near future (within 50 to 1000 years), if we all keep our living styles and sense of values and tastes. & v# V4 ^+ L& x# X

First, the environments changes become dramatically in the Earth. Such as hurricanes, huge water flood, water shortage, a long drought and desertification become worldwide, average temperature and sea level rise, the area covered by snow and ice become smaller on the global surface, the differences for temperature and humidity level increase faster on lands’ surfaces, heat and CO2 release continually increase, the air and water pollution becomes even worse. That forces most people to have to moving homes. Second, most kinds of living things died. Third, all most all foods we ate are made by ourselves, not from nature. Forth, the world human population is increasing. Fifth, Public security situations are faced challenges. People are facing difficulty to control diseases financially, mental diseases spread worldwide, especially in rich people group in advanced countries. Foods become shortage in developing countries. The financial situation and basic living conditions in developing countries become even worse. Ninth, personal bankruptcy goes worldwide, inner wars arise worldwide. Finally, governments’ bankruptcy becomes world wide and world population decreases. n6 r& Y* O; }

Build rivers and lakes evenly, recover low, flat, swampy lands, bogs, marshes and everglades across all lands evenly and rise the underground water level to near the surface of lands. Increase coverage of natural forests along the rivers. The above works are started from upstream of the rivers to the down stream. Control water discharge from the lands to the sea through rivers. For a large river needs build several routes for controlling the water flood of the river. Second, limit the area of human beings activates. Limit number of flights in atmosphere. Move most cities, manufactories to deserts. Decrease population by birth controlling. Decrease human beings living area to one tenth. Third, gradually decrease and forbidden to use arable lands for traditional agricultural. Instead of that, build vertically distributed agriculture and agricultural ecosystems in lakes, rivers, everglades and forests. Farmers are gradually forbidden to use farm chemicals and chemical fertilizers. Forth, build global basic living fund supported by cooperated governments in all of countries. Individual food supply control in cities. Local governments charge high tax on over limits food consuming to support Global Basic Living Fund. The basic living needs, basic educations and basic health care for the low income people are financially supported by Global Basic Living Fund. All universities, schools, hospitals and cities are run by international companies elected by local citizens. Local employees occupy 75%. All of the medical research institutes, the medical manufacture companies, universities, schools, hospitals and cities are 51% financial controlled by Global Basic Living Fund. Fifth, increase and protect the living areas for wild animals, birds and plants. Especially prevent human activities in up stream of big rivers areas and high mountains’ areas. Sixth, “zero pollution” discharge requirements for air and water in factories, vehicles, and buildings. Methane gas is produced in factories using collected manures from human and animals. Detergents are forbidden to use in laundry, instead of that is salt. Seventh, heat is discharged to underground. The heat exchangers are installed in buildings and underground for air conditioning the buildings. Eighth, technology and information patents is free for public using, the patent fees are paid by Global Governments Funds. If the company’s annual profit is listed within the head of 100 in the world this year, this company has to sale its 51% property to Global Governments Funds. Ninth, government tax is not based on annual income. No any tax collected on bank saving interests. Government tax is collected from products consuming. The tax is based on air and water pollution, time and energy cost, as well as CO2 and heat release and during the manufacture procedures, and energy contained in the product. Tenth, people are not buying cars. They only buy the authority for a period of time using cars and limit driving miles. Cars’ manufactures not only responsible for designing and producing new cars, but also responsible for car insurance which charges based on the miles driving, and after sale local services in this period time, and re-sale the car and re-service after this customer using time finished. Until the car be taken parts. Some parts reuse, some parts recycle. When the company take over the car from the customer, he may get some cash return for his low miles or have to pay more for his over the limit.
