你忽悠的不对,投入是5万多.还没到手的房子,增值已经达到23--26万,等到交房,基本上可以到28万,以5万多的投入,25万的净利产出,这个房子投资应该是非常令人羡慕的啦. 反正我是 还是 6 q$ x7 U3 {. e+ E" C, Z* E
