我自己瞎琢磨,房价的起落会不会是这样的.先是有价有市的卖方市场,后有价无市大量房屋囤积,后部分卖家降价出手,市场价格回落.会不会变为买方市场,市场会不会崩溃,不好说. 但看过CALGARY的房地产市场,又去多伦多转了一圈后,觉得咱这个EDMONTON的房价高的是有点离谱了.我赌它会降(近几年内),不会太久了. 很遭别人恨的说. $ g1 {- T, `6 b; S' X& Q t
这只是个人观点,只请想买房或想投资朋友都先自己调查一番再做决定.

Tim Horton's! I bought some THI stock.7 }7 ], R7 q# V5 V& R2 ?1 s& L
Mark my words, it will out perform the real estate in the long term. But of course, stock investment is not for the feint of heart.
