问题是那租客拖欠了几个月的房租, 不会再乎那点deposit了. 0 D! E' V% @" Z) s" }0 E但有的租客没犯规, 如果房东想当然地克扣deposit,就会被租客告上法庭外加罚款. 租客如果不同意move out inspection paper上的某项检查结果, 他可以写上disagree, 这样房东就不能随便克扣deposit了. 如果房东要钱就得上法庭, 法官来决断是否克扣或不克扣. 房东如果先扣钱的话, 租客可以将房东告上法庭.
