JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
. d) n) k# c6 a) w0 N( n( Vof Course Pack production.

5 @% Y5 R+ G) ]; E4 t: {0 d, MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:7 P N& Q+ z5 X8 C/ @. O* s
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
1 }$ X% S( t( d! y; S0 _2 c& iof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.0 G4 \2 ^6 n$ k: q0 g- T$ @ F2 U
# [/ A6 E+ X; e; Y+ ]) m. E2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including $ `* D6 o9 j; U* j
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.% m; [% B* _0 E" f: a4 @8 p
; m2 {5 m! s; e
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 8 D$ S( v- v2 j
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
5 C0 y7 d, i5 F1 s: l0 q! ]: w) Ikeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 1 x5 ~6 L6 {$ l E( ]
failures to the Operations Manager.3 D$ ]- z. M/ Q% P

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,
( V* y0 n' C' y2 K. c4 C i/ Gand adhere to regulations as appropriate.

6) To contribute positively to a cooperative working environment.

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
