Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

4 r+ n2 X/ _. EDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:3 W- i% |$ H W( N7 U1 w
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning # ^ Z2 C" Z- Y+ u9 Y
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.: a) S( C' w: v$ E# N( R+ v1 W
0 o* f# ^; w% J2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
f: J0 q. @& C2 Dprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.0 J/ E: m2 x4 M( C" F' y4 Q, n1 g
& K$ T# G: y( @" x# `) t2 k3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
* g& a; V) k& ~9 Wcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 5 h7 h& P* R/ M; U' W
keeping appropriate and accurate records.4 I" v( a, W, n) l' I

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

! o3 y- L% r2 Z- V- v3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
