This sounds like a great deal to me!

I'm guessing they just want you to pay 12 months in advance.

买了 ATA, 自己可以设置 VOIP provider. 不用电脑。  除了vbuzzer 外， 还有很多公司可以花5刀左右， 就有edmonton电话号码, 不需用telus。

目前 voipbuster 可以用六个月免费全球(大部分地区）拨出5分钟

如果自己有兴趣， 可以参考 PBX 设置 call back service.  配合手机 free incoming call - 无敌组合！
