爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?. W8 U9 f4 b5 k4 t, H8 D

' @- x$ |7 q% S% g' X最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?

% E) F* M4 ~* n  [1 G现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?* a0 h. h9 Z4 [8 m: @, ]/ F7 M. D

0 |: [& k, l' D% G7 l" ~短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

Agree, the house prices will keep dropping for a couple of years. It is not a stock market, which can rebounce quickly.

0 z: S" p5 m) e  h" z3 b* YThe house prices will not go back the previous level due to inflation, but they can drop more than 20%.

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。( ^8 t# ~$ i4 F8 t- R+ y7 S& ]
只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。
0 v( f& p+ ^! m8 A# |+ j  W如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。

9 M- `3 I6 J  A: V不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。

Logic wise, you said you don't wanna be a house slave for a half million dollar home,

the mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

2 u5 ?( D2 k  h6 DI moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

8 g- ^' W0 m# ?非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
