爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?( v' ^8 F7 H0 \) M, W

- U4 N0 \- k/ g6 v4 |- R0 y  v- j最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?

) i! z* t: {. p* {5 C% j5 K  c现在地区经济这么好,捞钱才是硬道理。房市中同样也不相信眼泪!

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?5 l3 U  B! r4 w/ L1 r+ N

短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。
  V- v" {6 x! O7 Y. w只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。* N, E4 R: b6 p# P5 U
如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。2 j) V7 _7 U) Y0 m) R) p) |

; P$ A  O) p5 V' n6 F不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。" n0 P7 ?5 u" \( `

People can wait to buy houses when the prices keep dropping. No need to rush now.

If you did buy a house, it can not be in Edmonton, then what's your point saying it here?

Logic wise, you said you don't wanna be a house slave for a half million dollar home,

the mortgage payment should be even less than the rent you paid now. Then what's your point of selling your house and rent?

( n, A1 m) k+ M6 }3 Z0 R% H; r$ jI moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

9 G0 n/ B7 f  @/ _1 F/ W) L1 m, i非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
