爱城的房价,想房的该高兴了8

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
是想看更低价格,还是等回到2年前的价格?& ]$ k+ @0 H6 x  l& ^, W

: `, y( M1 j8 L最近的帖子很有趣,有人看到房价跌,验证了他们的想法,所以兴高采烈。也有人(有不少近1,2年来的)看到高房价,没能及时买房,就抱怨爱城什么都不好,。。。。。。更有甚者,油价一跌,爱城就玩玩了;资源城市没发展前途等.看一看石油没涨价前,爱城不也是一天发展吗?

房价上涨用了10年,下降就用1个月?& i0 \  Q& F3 K6 s

' u& P* j, K; a: ?7 u短期从技术层面而言,等目前listing数量开始回落时可以考虑。

爱城以前吸引人来是因为,房子便宜,工作好找。所以这一两年来了很多人。现在房子涨到这个价位。0 N% D# U$ R& p$ v, i- e# t! _! U
只剩下工作好找这一点还可以留住人。但是工资不见涨。只有北部油田可以挣很多钱。我有一些在油田干活的朋友,最近身体都出了些问题。可能是加班太多的缘故。
: H/ C; J; j* c, ~& c$ E! J5 S  q7 Q如果石油经济只能让少数人获利,那这个经济还能维持多久就可想而知了。  w1 m5 _' Q0 p

5 x" B* \& N3 y0 g* U不过有一句话,你说对了,就是趁着好时候,能多捞点就赶快多捞点。不然,过后又要后悔了。4 A3 _3 a' A2 d: Q- k; N

People can wait to buy houses when the prices keep dropping. No need to rush now.

I moved to Edmonton from another city in Alberta, and sold my house there.  Probably I can afford a half million house, but just don't think it is worth that kind of money. The interest will pay my rent. If the prices becomes more reasonable, I will consider to buy.

2 c8 i: m! b$ a3 p! u  D5 R+ \( z4 W非常理解你的心情,拿着50万的CREDIT,买高价房子不甘心情愿。我因为房地产市场只有当前价格,没有合理价格。总体上说存在就是合理,除非要价离谱。如果有成交,也就是双方承认的合理价位,谁也不准确知道明天房价,各个房子更是千差万别。仅供参考。无论有房与否,希望你能享受生活每一天。
