Apply to Extend my mom's visitor stay

4 C! l; x0 ?6 p8 ^; v- E# ~$ eMy mom's visitor status in Canada is expiring. We are planning to apply for her extension. I did read the application package but have two questions:

- @9 [. b) d& U0 A4 e" I4 ?8 n; o1. The reasons for an extension. Can we use the reason: we want her help to take care of our new born baby? There are people say it is a bad reason. Is it true?

7 g, A8 t+ z3 [- Y/ G2. In the Document Checklist - Visitor. Proof of means of support, as specified. Since we are taking care of her, what are the required documents for "proof of means of support"?
