Apply to Extend my mom's visitor stay

  ~2 C9 I6 b5 B6 y. f3 PMy mom's visitor status in Canada is expiring. We are planning to apply for her extension. I did read the application package but have two questions:

5 s( V/ y7 R% a8 Q" I: }! r$ a1. The reasons for an extension. Can we use the reason: we want her help to take care of our new born baby? There are people say it is a bad reason. Is it true?
