- k8 X. k" J' r( b% LPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- y. q! b. ~  B8 X2 ]: Aenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
5 ]! Z4 @! B# a: wintegrated system/circuit design.

/ {: x. S% o8 R3 y5 VThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 S' i- k( `* r8 ]8 J! g# U' U(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
# X1 ]$ n$ y2 s" q/ ?: {(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
* G4 o9 X( c, Q- r(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
