申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
' W) H6 ^# w- `b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
, G# K/ E- a' O( i  pc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

integrated system/circuit design.

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
( j7 f5 E' p0 e. j4 P(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  j/ E% C' t+ o. Z% u( @(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
