Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
" G' t0 f3 t( s, b/ fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

/ H" P# g! e, @: NThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
3 h$ F( l% C4 F(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
; M9 M+ O3 s; z$ n9 P' X- o1 a(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
# C1 b7 [3 F5 y; s0 A0 |: `- a7 Y(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
