a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
" M) `) F" y- W9 \% Rc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
$ [! ]# I4 o' H5 Td) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

7 ?. M8 _% C2 w/ A3 [- `Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
3 g* G, X) m( `' t: @- penthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
% E' W. Y3 ]/ I: b2 l3 g* W$ Nintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
3 m! t3 S, K1 U0 q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
4 w& R% A# i% m/ r) K) _(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
