a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
( l4 `# H( R5 a) `! S1 n5 ~c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

/ {2 G# G  Z( H" o( h' wPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
; \% v9 B8 _3 L& d! centhusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
  {3 S* U, f1 z' g) G1 C0 iintegrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
# y# r: `% ~' B6 z! M5 X(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
$ L7 }: f! h4 n(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
8 r$ U" Y/ J# _! G( z' \(e) A good team work player.
