a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
% Y) ?2 D) v8 F& t9 Pand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
) E) l( p( E+ n% V* qPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
" p1 T" W( p3 n8 z# J+ Nintegrated system/circuit design.

$ Q6 M& w3 `5 w9 n& ]: NThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
! D# H% T. r6 S5 {9 F(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
% x7 z* ^9 \/ P(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
(e) A good team work player.
