& B" {! P! E: H4 ^a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
) H4 F; g2 P! \2 e1 N6 ]3 P9 f6 R6 }d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
7 D; W' g/ j8 O& T( jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
+ i4 ^/ {2 ]' K3 gPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

# O, L2 v% M4 ^. iThe qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
; K+ }4 w) d% E0 w" m) n(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
6 J4 T) I8 j+ ?7 r; r/ R(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
