7 B" K- l& |3 `& ]' cJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

$ @/ v; @. w" j, I  w DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
# W) V- V4 K$ L
4 [& l9 Z! ?0 d- Y9 N2 v9 e: b1 X7 [1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.
' s& ^, `4 Z, B4 I1 k
6 {2 ~/ z) C) S: ~' J: K2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

% ^. ?, Z) M0 h. I; E$ ?7 Q3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

3 Z" ~& f* x. W( w; k7 kQUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
# J% k  E; Y/ R1 x( c1 X
' G" U7 j( x% B8 B) j! |  Y) o9 A5 X3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
( Y- C( s/ O9 L: \2 |* d
% P$ k3 M0 J, U: s/ Q4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

1 Q% T; v1 r& ?1 q  x% I5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
