2 s. p( l; B' P, c! i% cJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

+ K: |# y( m. J3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

, @: q3 o4 Y* ]; C* S3 k4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

4 n& C( T' m: j9 Y6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:
8 Q& M- m- J8 h" x7 X: L& I* U
) X$ E: P- Q! a! g0 x! N  W/ l: ?6 _1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

2) Cashier experience.
9 k: d& I1 f) j& N8 V6 `
7 i* Q' i" e9 A2 r( ]3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) m( H7 p5 W9 g) a) V4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
